USA 3000 (A320s) and Vacation Express

A friend of mine is looking into the charter world and has made contacts at USA 3000 (an A320 operator on the East Coast) and Vacation Express (related to Pace Airlines - a 737-200/300 operator).

Any USA 3000 or Vacation Express pilots out there want to comment on conditions, morale, flying schedules, etc.?

I'll pass the information along - plus, I'd like to know about how the USA 3000 pilots like the A320...
