I just learned from a Navy buddy, that the Navy is increasing its recruiting goals for both pilots and NFO's. This is due to lower numbers coming out of the USNA and ROTC. They have quotas to fill and there might be some opportunities here. Contact your district's Officer Programs Officer, you should be able to get the contact info from your local recruiter.
