Does anyone know about the Pay Scale at US Airways for the E190. Sounds like most of the new hires were going on the E190 but it looks like that payscale is kinda bad. Anyone know how much I can make year 1-5?

How long before I might be able to get PHX as a base?

Thanks!

If you are able to get on the West side as a newhire you'll likely get LAS. There's currently zero movement so it's impossible to guess when you could crossbid to PHX but it would be a while. If you get the East side as a newhire it'll be at least several years before being able to bid West.

... I just want something, dare i say stable, unlike corporate

"Stable" In the aviation/airline business, today, now that Funny. Doesn't exist. Sorry, to break the news to you.

As a guy told me a number of years ago, and I still live by it today, "this wouldn't be a half bad job, as long as you didn't have to do it for a living."

Always have something to fall back on, or a busy on the side, and invest well, when you're make decent money. That is what I have done and live by.

For what's its worth.
