US Airways stock - something up?

Pink sheets always trade a little wacky (limited market makers, delayed fills). With a stock that cheap, the volume isn't really that accurate of an indicator anymore.
 
It looks like just a guys is unloading what he's got. But today oil hit $55 a barrel and thats no good for airlines... be careful!
 
The sell-off is due to the fact the the USAirways pilots just received their vested shares that were actually due on January 1st. Almost any pilot who gets them is selling because they aren't going to be worth anything if/when UAIR emerges from bankruptcy. I believe all eligible pilots received 794 shares each.
