US Airways POC?

Anybody know who to call at US Airways to dispute a ticket?

One of my service members had a ticket for his wife to come and visit before he deployed overseas to Iraq and he got sent early; earlier than she was ticketed for. I want to try to help her get her ticket refunded.

A POC number would be appreciated.
