according to the article, if pay cuts are successful, the company will "keep flying thru March" if:

1) Winter travel does not slip below projections
2) Fuel prices do not rise

please don't tell me that CEO/CFO/Corporate Legal does not have a half-azz guess as to how long the company will be still flying.....yet the line employee is led to believe that "cuts are necessary now to insure our long term future", in order to "restore this airline to what it once was" etc etc ad nauseum
