What is the preferred method for UPS's online app. Is it better to fill in all the boxes and just send in a cover letter, or do you just fill the required boxes and send in a resume and cover letter? Just want to make sure I do this properly. Would appreciate the feedback. Thanks.

Same question--I did a resume and then tried to go back and add a cover letter and was unable to.

If you cut and paste from Word it gets all jumbled up, should we fix and make it look right or are they going to re-paste it back into Word?

Cut and paste it into a text file. Remove all tabs. It won't look
like your standard "pretty" resume but then again, no one elses
will. The bright side is that you don't have to worry about
limiting your resume to one page!
