When they ask you what have you heard bad about UPS do not say anything about first year pay.

When they ask about ANC your answer should be nothing short of "I would love to fly an Md-11 in ANC."

Be positive and show that you are a team player not afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to get the job done.

And when they ask you which plane you'd prefer, say anything that's brown and white.

Anybody has gotten an interview from the last Air Inc job fair in DC (Reston, VA)?
I had a chance to talk to some of the pilot recruiters and the PHL Chief Pilot, I even told them that I used to work for UPS.... What else?

How do you score in the interview? How much does the sim count, HR/Capt interview, logbook, experience, and LOR?
