UPS happenings?

Just wondering if anyone knows when UPS will resume hiring. I heard a rumor that the company will be opening a hub in Asia, and getting MD-11's.

You would think with all this expansion, they'd be hiring left and right. If anyone there knows any info It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Heres the deal,
We neede pilots... But, We are also doing some re-alignment on several A/C types and that is why there is no hiring for now. Were going from a 3 person cockpit to a 2 person cockpit (727 - A300) as well as getting more MD-11's. So yes there is growth here, yes we are getting new equipment, but until all the dust settles from everyone getting moved around, I dont think any big moves will be made. Of course, we all have our fingers crossed that there will be new hires on the property ASAP... but its not up to us. Keep with it, things have to change sooner or later...
