Not that I know a whole lot about their process, but can't you update it? If that is the case I would do it now, then update it with the rec when he gets back.

But like I said, I'm not sure if that is possible

Mine still says "On File" from when I was turned down in March and will not allow me to make any changes. Oddly, my 2006 "Second Officer" app shows "Active".

Any idea when, or if, I can re-apply?

The same thing is happening with my file. I can alter my second officer app, but not the first officer one.

I never interviewed, but "failed" the psych eval. Hope to discover the ramifications of that.

The window was open for about 30 days last time from mid April through mid May.

Well it was open for about 2+ years. Then when they changed the format (3rd time in less than a year) it stayed open for about a month. I've been told that the window will open frequently but only stay open for a short period each time. How short? No one really knows...
