UPS Flight Management Supervisor?

Could any UPS'ers provide some details on what Flight Management Supervisors duties are at UPS? Looks like they conduct sim training and checking. Looks like some also fly the line? If so what experience level/qualifications do you need to fly? I see they are looking for some but am unsure exactly what all is involved? (i.e. do you actually fly)? Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks. Not really interested (especially after reading your link). Just curious why they would post something like that when there are thousands of line pilots they could offer it to. Looks like there are plenty of reasons guys don't want the job.
