UPS Application

After going online to www.upsjobs.com, I select professional on the left. When that comes up, I go to Air Operations and look for Flight Officer and can not find it. I've heard that UPS is having difficulties with their online apploication. Is this the way others are applying? Thank you for any help.

Yes this is the process. Apparently, there is a max number of applications that can be in the system at any given time. Once that number is reached, the posting comes off the website until HR sorts through what is there and reduces the number in the system to some other magic number. Then, it is posted to the website again until the number in the system hits that preset limit. I'm by no means an expert. This is what I've read and heard from a buddy of mine at UPS. Your only option is to check the website everyday, a few times a day and hope that it pops up. I was checking about 3-4 times a day before I found it posted and was able to apply.

I just spoke to a buddy who was updating his and he said if you had put one in under the new system, which I guess was somewhat recent, you can pull you your profile under the query applications....he said you have to put in your social security number and some other info and it brings up your application if you had one there previously so you can update it. He just did it on my computer and is telling me this so hopefully it makes sense.

I just tried the above and it showed two on file. One for the SO position from early 2006 and one from 1/18/07. Anyone know if the later is before or after the purge?
