UPS application question

Maybe already asked and answered, but humor me please.. Does UPS want the written current within two years or not?

From the latest UPS app window (the one that just closed), has anyone gotten called for an interview? Just curious.

I know of at least 3 people from Gemini with all the boxes checked and then some.. (two CA's with more than 1000 in the 11 as PIC).. and not a peep.

I too wonder if anyone has been called from this latest app?

Same here, I know a few other guys at the g spot with all continents and oceans checked, several thousand hrs. in heavies and no calls from the last window, in fact, after my app was filled out, (the first day it opened) I got the "We have many qualified applicants" message. I heard some say that is a thanks- but no thanks message, I heard fom another source that it is a canned response, one of two that the site shoots back at you after completing your app.
Flew with Fedora last month and he says that he can access his application, I am still thinking he's let the green park Indian cusine get to his head!!! :]
Unlike him, I cannot access my application for updates....

How does Fedora get into his app I wonder? But I agree that canned response went out to everyone I've talked to who filled out the app. (oddly except for him).

I wonder if maybe he didn't finish the app and it's waiting on him to do so? I should call him and see what he's doing exactly. I've also heard that some guys were able to attach a resume while others weren't.

Yea, I keep trying to bid Africa for some variety and I keep getting stuck on the MXP-BOM-MAA stuff!

I've not flown an Africa line yet but I am told Accra is the main destination.

Next month I have overnights scheduled in DXB, PVG, MXP, BOM and JFK.. but if things go like they've got the past two months, I'll end up spending 50 hours in business class DH back to MXP from BOM and operate MXP-BOM or MAA over and over like ground hog day!

Two folks in my unit put the app in and were called within a week for an interview. well over 5000 C-17 time for both, both are currently working for 121 carriers and have a ton of IP experience. FWIW
