Does anyone know a good upgrade from the 20 xl I am considering the Denali ANR The lightspeed is comfortable and quiet but a wee bit bulky Any suggestions . I prefer not spend over 800 thanks

I highly reccommend the Pilot Commuinications 17-79 ANR. They are a smaller company but I love this headset. They are comfortable, the noise reduction is good, and the rechargeable battery is part of the unit. You just plug the headset in every couple of weeks depending how much you fly and you're all set. No batteries to buy. The downside to this is that if you run out of juice in the middle of a trip you're stuck. However the passive reduction is still pretty good. I recently had a problem with one of the anr speakers after two years of heavy use and they fixed it for free and sent it back in a couple of days. Plan on about $400.

Though I've never used them, I'v heard good things about the Denalis as well.

p.s. if you get the Pilot's get the geal seals too, I think they're worth it.
