Falcon Captain is not even in sight for a new hire. Falcon captain is still not in sight for a person that has been here 5 or 6 years. After 9/11 the times have changed. Seniority is not moving like it once did. Maybe if the airlines start mass hiring again the seniority will change rapidly once again.
 
Actually even if the airlines start mass hiring again the G-200 and the Falcon will still be 8-9 years or more for a Captain upgrade. This is due to the seniority in those airplanes.

Those guys have all been here 8-9-10 or more years and aren't going anywhere. For whatever reason those guys/gals didn't leave before and it's doubtful they will leave now.

Yes >> People can start on the 400XP. When a person gets hired... .Netjets picks the airplane you are on depending on needs at the time. You may get the 400XP and then again... you might really luck out and get the Falcon.

Sometimes when you get hired they have several openings and you get to take your pick. I recommend something with a standup cabin and APU
