Three years. No. Currently upgrading the April and May 05 class. That makes it 17 - 18 months on the Saab and less on the Beech. And that was from the last conference call.

BS, I have buddies at Colgan on both the beech and saab, they are in the 2nd year pay now and it's absolutaly horrible and that upgrade times are much longer than what u say. They also say the company is a joke...

Just talked to the Senator. All upgrades have been canceled, and they're downgrading recient newhires who are still current in the right seat. Recient FAA approval for using the autopilot as the PIC and dispatching aircraft with only an FO assiged to the flight. The autopilot must be a blow-up model, FO's are to be trained on using a bicycle pump. Don't believe me? Ask George Dubya, he knows almost everything at Colgan.
