University of Alaska's Pilot Program

Any of you up in our most forgotten state know much about the University of Alaska-Achorage's pilot program? I have looked into it a little on the net, but can't really find the info I want. I see they have some Katanas, but what else do they have? Do they have twins? I think I may fly up there in the next couple of weeks to check the school out, but was wondering if any of you can tell me what to look for. Whats Pro's and con's have you heard? Thanks

I'm not in the program but I've taken a few of the aviation classes for fun over there and enjoyed them. The tuition is pretty cheap once you've got residency. Around $90 a credit or so. I think they charge a lot for the planes though, but I'm not sure, never having flown there. I do know that they don't have any twins. If you go to studentpilot.com I know there are a few people on that board who are in the program. Hope that helps.
