I have been reading and hearing rumors about scope clause, at UAL & Delta which will keep ACA from getting more RJ's. If there is a clause against that, how come ACA is hiring and projecting more growth? Is ACA in violation of the clause? Has UAL lifted the clause since 9/11?
 
If the UAL ERP passes there will effectively be no scope...
