Hi!

Our staffing got so low, we had to STOP ready reserve!!!

When you stand ready reserve it is duty, it is not rest. After so much ready reserve you only limited utility to the company and have to be put back into rest. So why would anyone be concerned about resting while on duty? Besdies in today's job market why would anyone put up with something that bugged them that much?
