Do the above companies charge for checked bags when non-reving?
If so, how much?

I think the first two bags are free on DAL. But remember if they lose/damage your bag, you get nothing.

Not true. My wife lost her bag (it was probably stolen off of the carousel in ATL) while non-reving on DL. Just received the check for damages last week.

2nd part is not true. They sent me a 500 dollar check for my lost bag.

I stand corrected. Granted, it was 2003 and I was taking a bunch of stuff up to my crashpad. They lost the bag, I reported it to Delta Baggage annd the Chief Pilots and got nothing.

Nice to know they cover it now...
