Low Cost Carrier ?
With the 30% plus pay cuts for pilots and all of the work rules changes for the A320 and 737 fleets, UAL is already there ! Sounds as if there is some discussion whether or not it needs a brand of it's own or not. One thing is for sure, STARFISH better not be the name of it or it will be the "butt" of all jokes !!! Hope the boys in ORD can figure out how to do some point to point scheduling to give SWA at least a little competition. I know, a lot more to it all than just these couple of issues.
The house cleaning was in order with current economics conditions, kind of smarts though. Looks like we'll be around for the brighter future, can't wait to start wearing my hat again, well at least my uniform !!!
