Just read ERP 2.

18% pay cut immediately. This applies to hourly wages and incentive/override pay.

I believe we would get incremental raises starting in '04 that will bring us back to our current wages in '07 or '08.

The big kicker is that the union will allow more furloughs(a violation of Contract 2000, but allowable under the new agreement) due to the planned reduction for next year. Bummer.
But, I believe the pilots are willing to do what it takes to ensure a healthy United Airlines so that those furloughed will have a job to come back to someday.

It also includes some profit sharing and a cap of about 243 small jets (50 pax or less).

Waiting to be F'ed.

Cheers!
