Underwriter - Dual Instruction

Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a market for full-time instructing with the sole purpose of getting someone their i.e. 25 hours in-type before they can take their aircraft solo due to insurance requirements? And is this factory training or is there a company that specializes in the above stated?
