Here's a link to a story on foxnews.com, detailing a crash of a US-registered Caravan, that was operated (or so they say) by the US govt. What's it take to become a "civil contractor" for these flights? Seems like a fun thing to do...well, at least to me it does

well, two of them have been shot...or so the Colombians are now saying, with three still missing (assumed taken prisoner by FARC)...
