UAV time logging

The Army has an enlisted MOS for UAV operators. I once had a PFC whine to me that he should get pilot wings also.

He should have been taken out back and shot for that suggestion.

UAV time doesn't mean squat.

Roll into an airline interview with a bunch of predator time and your flight suit on too!!!

The only guys who volunteer for those assignments are the ones who couldn't get a C-17 or KC-10 based on their own merit---They volunteer to get their choice of assignment afterwards. I've seen them come through training----most of these guys are sorry....and the AF sends them to a left seat qual course too!!!

Most of them struggle and point fingers at the instructors while they spiral toward an FEB. Maybe they should just fess up to the fact they are horrible pilots and 3 years playing video games was not a cool assignment.
