Airbus for sure

in pictures 4,5,6 you can see the wingtip winglet typical of the airbus family, dont know what airline or which model, but it could be a 320 or the A300....
 
Looks to me like an A310. Did it cause the Airbus to crash?
 
In the last picture, looks like the UAV is headed for terra firma after the wake turbulence encounter. The video signal is pixelated because the antenna is having trouble staying pointed with the UAV pointing straight down.
