UAL Plan for Transformation-fake?

Hey everyone,
got this link sent to me tonight by a friend http://www.airwhiners.net/UALplan.pdf and I am trying to find out if this was a real document or a very good hoax . Anyone know? If it is real, its one of the poorest written documents I have ever seen.

ShawnC's correct, it's legit. However, IIRC it was released last year, and the LCC idea was subsequently shelved. Of course, there's been renewed talk recently of getting it going again, so who knows.

Yes, it's pilot costs. Management never has made any mistakes! They are perfect, give 'em another bonus! Heck, it can come out of the pilot's pay, 'cause we're the problem anyway! Lovely.
