UAL Out too soon?

I know the talk about UAL emerging has been heating up with multiple press releases saying financing has been obtained, deals have been struck with suppliers and a new loan application has been submitted. Just curious, to anyone in the know, is UAL emerging to soon? Have they delt with all of the issues they had drop in front of them? What are they going to do to replace ACA, are they making money yet, are they thinking that they can sustain it if they are? What if the loan isn't approved?

Just intrested to see whats out there and who has heard what.

UAL has had quite a time beating up on others and trying to beat up on ACA. I don't think they'll emerge until they've wrung out whatever else they can.

Could they least repaint the planes from their last LCC before starting a new one? If so I wouldn't be so cynical.
