UAL LIM-IAH flight question

I am wondering if the UAL LIM to IAH flight operated by a 763 can take a full load of people or does it usually get restricted or 'optimized' in any way? I figure someone on here will know. Thanks in advance.

Usually the United flights from there are not restricted. On DL from LIM to ATL you usually have about a 50% chance of making it. DL takes alot of cargo especially asparagus. On AA its no problem to get to MIA. Great food down there in Lima.
