Same procedure as domestic, except show up early and when flying back to the US make sure you check in at ticket counter (vs check-in counter) to pay your departure tax. Keep in mind you'll need an open seat in back, as CASS cannot be used for international flights, and you get a seat after all other standbys have been accomodated.
 
Unless you are a UAL/UAX employee, there is no number to list on. If you work for UAL/UAX you should be able to get the number from your travel department.
