so now this open skies airline, or what ever its called, can fly madrid to iah, ewr and cle in addition to its iad service.
 
I tend to disregard any and all things I read which come from a source who cannot determine the rather significant difference between words like "tic" and "tick."

By the way oh young skywalker...did you even read the article? Or did you just want to educate on tic/tick. You probably are just bored in your crj...most would capitalize that as CRJ.
