UAL and CASS help please

Can someone please tell me how to list for the jumpseat on a UAL flight for an eligable cass pilot? Also how can you check the loads. Thanks

If you're a CASS participating member, just walk up to the ticket counter with all your usual stuff AND YOUR PASSPORT and that's it. Checking loads, you need to be an employee or get their password to the automated listing phone number. I can tell you from personal experience last week that you don't need to phone.
