Anyone taken the UAE govt. medical recently or aware of what the medical entails?
I have a special issuance medical from the FAA, renewed every two years, which qualifies me for a U.S. first class medical. I'm about to go to work for a company in the UAE. I'd hate to find out that the physical there is some sort of "astronaut" thing that would somehow disqualify me. I will be bringing my special issuance letter with me so any govt. medical examiner there can see it and see that I am qualified in the U.S.
