Just heard on CNN that U is going to take the "Chapter."
How ironic that they decide to take the chapter only AFTER the employees have made concessions.
As I recall, the concessions made by the unions have bankcruptcy clauses that allow U management to cut a bit more deeper.
My guess is that management was waiting to line up deals with labor first before filing for bankcruptcy.
I am sure that they will be coming back to the unions a second time for additional concessions.
