All they need do is cripple the GPS system.
This could seriously hinder the precision aspect of guided weapons and stealth
aircraft.
Huh? There was stealth and precision before GPS.
LGBs and PGMs (ergo, AGM-130 and GBU-15) still work just fine. Fighters can still navigate just fine with their inertial nav systems.
Losing the GPS constellation would send some aspects of airpower back to 1991, but it certainly would not "seriously hinder" it.
