Do most Part-135 charter jet operators (i.e. Citations, Lears, Hawkers, Falcon, etc) require a type rating to be hired on as a First Officer? Or is this just a requirement for Captains?

What would be considered standard F/O pay on a mid-size jet at a Part-135 outfit in the Southern California area? How about standard Captain pay for a King Air at a Part-135 in SoCal?

Do these companies typically ever require employees to sign a training contract?

Thanks.
