Chris Green is the CP. Nice Guy and very down to earth. Everyone I know who flies for TWC says that it is a great company, and one of the few charter / managment companies in LA that really does it right and cares a lot about pilot quality of life.

For whatever this is worth, I know that their fleet is shrinking.....aircraft owners are taking their business elsewhere.....and you will find other aircraft they operate listed in the Controller.

They do care about the quality of life for their pilots and some of the key management team have outstanding qualifications.

As far as its reputation in the charter industry......I would do more research......there are many other operators in the SoCal area that would be a much better choice.

I'd be interested in hearing which operators in SoCal you think have a good reputation. Seems the only one I've never heard dirt on is Toyota Airlfite.

Are you interested at all in flying a King Air? I have leads on two King Air jobs out of LGB. But you'd have to live in Socal. Are you willing to relocate?

I'd have no problems flying the King Air, but I have a beautiful new home in Las Vegas with no desire to live in LA again. 20 years was enough!
