I believe the postings but no days off in 33 days.. Serious?

Why don't you apply and find out? Ask them for the number of hard days off per month in writing.... Go for it and let us know...

Don`t walk........... RUN from TWC!

A Richmond is a (Napaloean complex x 10) J Arcemont and the rest of The Winning Cornholers are in business only because A Lessman writes the big checks to keep the place open.

I worked there......... I would rather mow lawns than fly for that outfit! BTW.... If you are an aircraft operator looking for a management company and your boss is thinking about these clowns............need I say more!!
1. Pay SUCKS
2. ********************ty schedule
3. Queer management... AR
4. QOL is not something in their vocabulary

Am I bitter towards TWC?

Certainly they do not have the best reputation. They also do not have equity in very many of the airplanes, which means they are more of a mgmt company then anything else. The problem is when the owner of an a/c gets itchy feet they are gone and that leaves you with no job. Spoke with quite a few who were left out to dry by them.
I do think they have a better rep then clay lacy though if that means anything.
