Well, if you read the description, who ever built it is not retarded...

Now I'm no engineer...but an afterburner-equipped jet-powered machine should NOT be equipped with bicycle tires.

If I wanted to go 200mph in a single-pilot, single-engine turbine contraption...then I'd get a job flying Caravans!!
