"Local lineman and baggage handlers saved the day"

As a chartered 727 taxied to the ramp, the engines malfunctioned and went to full reverse. If it werent for the brave airport workers and there quick thinking to lasoe a large braided rope that was just laying on the ramp to the 727, it would have caused a great catasrophy as it would have veered into a UPS cargo aircraft as it waited for takeoff.

We will keep you advised of this story as information comes in.

No, No, No,

It is one of those phsyco team building outings you know where a bunch of workers in an office that hate each other and don't get a long, have to take a week end and spend it doing some totaly useless.

Can you just see the last person on the rope leting gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, man that would be funny

Or it could be the start of a new reality show, just what we need .

"Here at ERAU, we are always looking for ways to enhance the learning experince. Here we see a group of students in the History of Aircraft Service Vehicles Lab. While this course is does carry extra lab fees, we feel that it will give the students a deeper appreciation for aircraft tugs and other service vehicles."
