A friend of mine just got hired at Pfizer as a mechanic. It took him some time to get in but was well worth it. I dont know what the min. times would be to get in but he says its a great company and pays well. I do know it took him years of leg work to make contacts. A primo job like that Isnt easy to get.. Talk to everyone that you can and dont leave any stone unturned. Getting into a company like Pfizer is like trying to get hired by a major airline. It takes years of applying and alot of luck! Insofar as min. time I worked for Kodak and they had a min. flight time of 1500hrs MEL with a four year degree and that was it. Talk to them. Go there. Corporate Flight departments like the face to face thing. Keep dropping off resumes. In the mean time keep building the flight time!
