I have heard that most of the people being interviewed at GoJet have atleast 5,000+ hours and most have 3,000+ hrs turbojet.

Yes, and ALPA is so confident they will win the alter ego grievance they decided not to expedite it. Sad to say, but ALPA won't win, and nobody will be stapled. Those are rumors put out by the MEC to sooth the TSA pilots' bitterness at the whole situation.

The truth is that the MEC has painted themselves into a corner.

You can't even file a grievance until GoJets takes its first flight. Until then, there is no violation. This is basic...
