I just found an update to the 12-5 security program from the Air Charter Guide e-services, dated 5/18. It appears that TSA will develop a standard program available on request to certificated operators. Info is not available yet nor as to who to contact for this and of course it will be sensitive, need to know info. There will certainly be a clearance process to have an authorized person from the charter co. to receive this info.
