That in a nut shell shows everyone exactly who we are dealing with everyday. On a side note, while commuting home to TPA yesterday....I'm on the employee bus(TPA) and three TSA screeners just finishing their shifts were bragging to each other about making this pilot do so and so. Sounds like they were really getting off giving some FO a hard time. Be careful out there.
