I would guess it would be for any pilot in uniform if it looked like "a 121 pilot uniform" Thats just my drunk at 3 am guess. Anyways went thru security at IAD the other day and the NON TSA ID checkers tried to say that I had to throw my drink away and I was in uniform...when I got to the TSA peeps they had no problems with my drink...so who knows.
