The whole thing just sucks and the longer it goes on, the more "normal" it is for these guys to be flying in the left seat. I just finished a trip with a cqfo that was trying desperatetly to pick up some CAPTAIN open time so he could make some extra money for his upcoming vacation. This, while I'm scraping by month by month trying to make ends meet andyes I do have time to upgrade. These guys picking up captain open time are just making things easier for the company and dividing the pilot group more. Here's to another 3 years in the right seat.
