I wonder how The Donald felt about that ? Actually, had him ride with us one day many years ago, in his early Marla Maples days, from CHA-ATL. He stopped by the cockpit and shot the breeze...very relaxed and pleasant.

We got to ATL and sat there 10 minutes waiting for a gate agent. Trump was cool...no sweat. My impression was that he's a pretty good guy. Would not want to be an "apprentice", however.

I was standing on the ramp at PBI when it taxied out and cut the corner short and ran his left winglet into the tail of a Jetstar. Crushed the right elavator while it went under the horizontal stab. I've never seen a Jetstar bounce so high while sitting on the ground. They had to call the tower to send him back to the ramp. I don't think any damage to the 727, but alot to the tail of the Jetstar.
