Run three miles a day, sleep like a baby at night.
I hit the weights and run 5 miles 6 days a week...and have absolutely no problems sleeping at night. When I'm working, and doing 14 hour duty days with 10 hours rest and no time to lift/run...I don't sleep all that well. I can skip a day or two and not feel a difference...but that's about it.
