If she is on survivor's benefits I would say yes. Call Tricare, they are easy to deal with from my expereince. She would have t oregister for Medicare Part B before her 65th B'day. Do a visit to Tricare Web site

I am pretty sure she retains her Tricare Prime coverage from the day he is KIA. She also collects pension money based on if her husband had served for 20 years. If she remarries, all benefits stop.
