The Blackberry is a thousand times better. Can get better discounts on Amazon and other places as well. Great for email. Treo is too compact to really type emails.

The problem with the Blackberry is that a lot of programs don't work with it. Airline Pilot Daily Logbook is only compatible with Palm and Pocket PC for example.

I have the Treo 650 with Cingular and love it. I use it for email, surfing, tethered modem (with PDANET software) ....and as a phone.

Treo is great. Mine is my phone, pda, email, calendar, 1 gig MP3 player, and I put the ultranav programs on it for aircraft performance calculations...try that with the crackberry.

My wife has the Treo 650 with Sprint. She's always pissed off because I'm bogarting it. Pretty cool, lot's of features and easy to use.

I've decided with the Siemens SX66 BECAUSE its just like using a computer at home so wont have to put a lot of time into "understanding" it. Does the same as the PDA but its windows base and everyone has used windows so wont be too bad. Thanks for the advice. My older brother has the treo 600 and I loved using it but still dont understand all of the palm stuff

thanks see ya

I have the Sprint/Treo 650 - the CDMA model - other than having to replace it once due to hardware failure - it's wonderful - file flight plans - see weather - sync with outlook - only complaint is the audio quality suffers - (what the 'other' side hears) - consider the Cingular version though - it's GSM and works overseas also
